Something was not installed correctly when you put the card back on. You've got to take the carb back off and go check your install again. My guess is the diaphram also but it could also be the needle installed incorrectly. If I recall there is a certain order. I'll have to check my notes when I get home. I wrote up complete procedures on how to remove the spacer a few years back and have the steps in a word document. If anyone is interested in the steps just email me and I'll send them to you. I wrote them from a laymans perspective so that anyone should be able to perform it with a few simple hand tools. As always, ride safe.
